Purpose of the Job


The Operator I performs routine checks of water or wastewater treatment facilities; responsible for compliance with TCEQ rules or NPDES permit. The Operator I will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance and sometimes investigate customer issues. The Operator I must be familiar with industry standard analyses such as chlorine residual, Ph, dissolved oxygen, and suspended and total solids.
