We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Lafayette, LA. This role involves controlling or operating machinery to support manufacturing, packaging, and other production line activities. Operators may also assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, always ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate equipment and perform routine production tasks by following detailed instructions.
• Assist with equipment setup, installation, and maintenance under supervision.
• Support quality control by adhering to strict standards and procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following mandatory safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Provide operational support across the production line to ensure efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow strict instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to handle equipment safely.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
