Operating and monitoring all equipment used in the molding process
Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
Visual and quality inspection of the produced parts according to company specifications
Digital documentation of process and quality data
Monitoring of safety equipment
Following the quality regulations and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
Working in 3-shift mode
Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic or comparable technical education
Several years of sound professional experience in the processing of elastomers or thermoplastics
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work in multiple shifts
Physical resilience
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Sense of responsibility as well as an independent and careful way of working
Fluent in written and spoken German
