Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring all equipment used in the molding process

  • Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment

  • Visual and quality inspection of the produced parts according to company specifications

  • Digital documentation of process and quality data

  • Monitoring of safety equipment

  • Following the quality regulations and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations

  • Working in 3-shift mode

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic or comparable technical education

  • Several years of sound professional experience in the processing of elastomers or thermoplastics

  • High level of commitment and flexibility

  • Willingness and ability to work in multiple shifts

  • Physical resilience

  • Ability to communicate and work in a team

  • Sense of responsibility as well as an independent and careful way of working

  • Fluent in written and spoken German
