About The Role

Operator, Distribution Center Operations is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods within DKSH's Distribution Center in Hanoi. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of supply chain operations and upholding the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance

What You Will Deliver

• Receive and inspect incoming goods by verifying quantity, lot numbers, product names, expiry dates, and physical condition against invoices and supporting documents
• Record goods details accurately on inspection forms and distribute relevant documentation to concerned departments
• Pick goods accurately and efficiently to fulfill daily orders within required timelines
• Ensure all orders are checked, packed, and dispatched on schedule, and coordinate handover of goods to the transportation and delivery teams
• Arrange and maintain warehouse inventory in a tidy, clean, and safe manner at all times
• Conduct daily inventory stock counts to ensure accuracy and full visibility of stock levels
• Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels in the assigned warehouse area
• Report any discrepancies, losses, or damage to goods to the supervisor immediately upon discovery, and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions
• Comply with all company regulations, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure operational integrity
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, checking, dispatching, and stock-counting
• Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a careful and methodical approach to work
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
