Responsabilidades del puesto:
Posición será responsable de realizar diversas tareas relacionadas con la producción durante la manufactura de productos biotecnológicos. Será responsable de trabajar en la etapa de producción asignada siguiendo los procedimientos, reglamentaciones y buenas prácticas de manufactura, higiene, salud y seguridad.

Cualificaciones básicas:
•Grado Asociado en Ciencias, Ingeniería o área técnica relacionada.
•Manejo de montacargas.
•Experiencia/ conocimiento en conceptos de lean Manufacturing. Ej. 5S.
• Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en español e inglés tanto de manera verbal como escrita.
•Disponibilidad para trabajar en una operación 24/7 en turnos rotativos
Orientación al cumplimiento regulatorio, con habilidad para ejercer buen juicio y trabajar de manera colaborativa en equipo.
Seis (6) meses o más de experiencia como operador(a) de productos biotecnológicos en áreas de Fermentación y/o Aislación.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$12.98 - $29.09
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
