Knowledge on basic operations of band saw operation.
Basic computer skills.
Basic knowledge on changing of Band saw Blade.
Operation of the remote crane if required.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Good Communication skills.
Attentive to watch all the area, Band saw, its control panel & other indicators to make sure the machine is working
properly.
Required lengths need to be marked manually & cut it accordingly to fulfill the requirement.
Try to utilize all the length & minimize the generation of the waste.
Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
Diploma
Any preferred professional training
Diploma in Mechanical or any field
Computer basic knowledge & skills
Professional Experience (Must haves)
Minimum 3-5 years Experience as Band saw Operator.
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations
Crane driving license
Slinging/Rigging course
Key Performance Indicators
Plan & prepare the material & cut as per requirement safely within specified time
Eliminate short length cutting & scrapping due to improper measurement
To minimize the Blade wear & tear by selecting best suitable speeds & parameters.
Communicate to responsible persons once the job is done.
Clear the area from short lengths & maintain housekeeping.
Identify & report the near-miss, Hazards & work safely to achieve zero accident /incidents.
