Are you an experienced operator who looks beyond just the machine and enjoys maintaining an overview of the production process? For our production site in Roermond, we are looking for an Operator B who plays a key role within our Operations department.
In this position, you will work in an industrial environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are central. As an Operator B, you ensure that the production process runs optimally and according to schedule. You combine technical expertise with process insight and contribute not only operationally but also in a coordinating role within the shift team.
You monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary, and support fellow operators in carrying out their tasks. You have a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety, and you are able to identify and resolve deviations in a timely manner. You will work in shifts (3-, 4-, or 5-shift systems) and act as an important sparring partner for the Leading Hand and other departments.

Your main responsibilities include
Operating, setting up, and converting machines and installations;
Monitoring and adjusting the production process according to planning and specifications;
Identifying and resolving malfunctions and process deviations;
Performing and evaluating quality checks and measurements;
Coordinating and supporting fellow operators within the shift;
Identifying maintenance needs and performing basic maintenance tasks;
Working in accordance with safety, quality, and work procedures and setting a good example.

What do we expect from you?
Completed education at least at MBO level 3 in a (process) technical field or an Operator B diploma (e.g., VAPRO);
Technically skilled with relevant work experience, proactive, quality- and safety-conscious, and a team player;
Good health and physical condition (compressed air training);
Strong communication skills and good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken;
Willingness to work in a 3-, 4-, or 5-shift schedule.
What do we offer?
A starting salary of €3,178 gross per month, with the possibility to grow to €3,839 gross per month. In addition, you receive a shift allowance of 21.5% to 28.5%, making your total income even more attractive;
