Job Duties

  • Learn and apply basic safety procedures and equipment repair techniques for PSL equipment through the company's internal competency program.
  • Perform basic operational tasks, including:
    • Conducting pre-job and post-job equipment inspections.
    • Performing preventative maintenance procedures.
    • Maintaining support equipment such as pumps, discharge lines, and related tools.
  • Complete required training programs, including:
    • Essential mathematics training.
    • Essential Red Book training.
    • Safety and compliance training.
    • Other career development requirements as assigned.
  • Assist Service Operators with equipment cleanup, repair, maintenance, and job preparation activities.
  • Support rig-up and rig-down operations of service line equipment at customer worksites when required.
  • Follow established procedures and instructions under close supervision.
  • Develop technical and operational competencies through the company's learning management system.
  • Successfully complete company assessments, competency tests, and task list requirements.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations to support operational activities.
  • Demonstrate effective reading comprehension and written communication skills.
  • Utilize basic computer skills when required for operational tasks and documentation.
  • Promote safety awareness and environmental responsibility in all work activities.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Participate actively in Quality Improvement Processes (QIP) to support operational excellence.
  • Build foundational knowledge and skills as an entry-level member of the Service Operator career path.
  • Work closely with supervisors and experienced personnel to develop job-related competencies and technical expertise.
