- オペレーター（拡張チームサポート機能を含む）をリードし、最高レベルのcGMP基準を維持しながら、クラス最高の安全性、品質、サービス、コストパフォーマンスを実現する
- 作業時間の管理を含む約30人の実務管理
- KPI管理、KAIZEN効率化、人材育成
- チームワーク、権限委譲、継続的な改善、強固な問題解決能力を促進する職場環境の構築
- チームメンバーとしての日々の目標達成及び、継続的な改善の実施
- ビジネス目標を達成するための手順やシステムの構築
- 新しい技術やITシステムを使った、バーチャルなスタートアップや日々の生産サポート
