Nstlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Almadinah Al munawarah, Industrial City)
Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for performing machine tending operations, operating a variety of machines in a production environment
Key Responsibilities:
Check the quantities of raw & Packaging materials received from the warehouse as per the production order to avoid any breakdown or delay
Perform testing procedures to ensure that machine work optimally during production.
Learn and follow and the standard operation procedure for the line
Monitor the line equipments and parameters and submit fault reports in case of abnormality.
Participate/ Lead shiftly operational review to discuss operational achievements and issues.
Verify the production date, batch number printed on the bottles.
Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment’s for the task to ensure confirm satisfactory results of treatment
Maintain accurate logs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
Assist Safety Officer with regular safety inspections of plant equipment, facilities and record violations or potential hazards and take corrective action
Conduct Chemical Cleaning for manufacturing equipment’s.
Monitoring for all water-consuming machines all over the factory.
Ability to use warehouse mobility devices for the purpose of material transactions on ERP system
Adherence to the zero waste journey including Man, Materials, and machine
Adhere to the Nestle safety rules and procedure while performing duties to ensure your own safety and others
