Mission Statement

Operate Packer and ensure adherence of laid down procedure for Packer operation

Main Responsibilities

• Hands On Experience for Krones Packer Machines
• Perform the smooth and efficient Packing Operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.
• Maintain Daily checklist and log book related to Packing machine.
• Timely response / handling in case of any abnormality
• Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Packing Machine/accessories.
• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material to packing operation.
• Ensure minimum wastages of raw material (i.e less than defined targets)
• Follow the instructions of Qualified Operator, Line Foreman and seniors.
• Set an example of good attitude, respect colleagues and work as a team member.
• Perform quick changeovers (Flavour/Package) on a Machine as per requirement.
• Give timely information about Spare Parts requirement.
• Machine cleaning and maintenance to keep machine in good working condition
• Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
• Assignments by seniors.
• Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system
