Operator (RGB Bottle Washer)

Mission Statement

Operate Washer and ensure adherence of laid down procedure for Washer operation

Main Responsibilities

• Must be able to operator and perform detailed maintenance of High Speed Bottle Washer (60,000 BPH) preferably Krones Bottle washer experience will be a plus
• Perform the smooth and efficient Bottle Washing Operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.
• Maintain Daily checklist, On-line inspection and log book related to Bottle Washing machine.
• Timely response / handling in case of any abnormality.
• Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Bottle Washing Machine/accessories.
• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material to Bottle Washing.
• Ensure minimum wastages of raw material (i.e. less than defined targets)
• Follow the instructions of Qualified Operator, Line Foreman and seniors.
• Ensure up to the standard jet cleaning and lubrication of bottle washer
• Ensure and maintain the temperature of bottle washer
• Ensure and maintain if any addition of caustic/Stabilon and other chemicals in bottle washer
• Machine cleaning and maintenance to keep machine in good working condition
• In case of RGB line with manual visual inspection, washer operator would also sit on visual inspection stations as per rotation plan.
• Give timely information about Spare Parts requirement.
• Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
• Assignments by seniors.
• Cleaning of machine and surrounding area
• To learn and operate other machines
