• Performs assigned tasks to provide very basic support.
• Handles basic and repetitive tasks. Deals with standard questions/issues of low complexity within business supported, adjustment with some source of information necessary.
• Works under direct supervision of a senior colleague or own manager. Works within standardized work instructions and routines, work is closely supervised by manager; complex items are handed over to a senior colleague.
• Interacts with internal stakeholders as a first point of contact – provides basic information or directs to the right person/team.
