Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with the team to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of production, equipment maintenance, and any incidents.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operator in a similar role.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
