What You'll Be Doing

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Monitor materials and report any irregularities or safety concerns
• Support loading, hauling, and stockpile management as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture

• Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial and outdoor environments
• Capacity to perform physical tasks and work in varying conditions
• Reliable team member with consistent attendance and communication
• Commitment to following procedures and contributing to operational excellence

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
