Operator (Machine Operator (Palletizer / DE pallet))

Mission Statement

Operate Palletizer/De pall and ensure adherence of laid down procedure for Palletizer/De pall operation

Main Responsibilities

• Perform the smooth and efficient Palletizer operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.
• Maintain Daily checklist and log book related to Palletizer Machine.
• Inform Line Foreman/Qualified Operator in case of any abnormality.
• Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Palletizer Machine/accessories.
• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material
• Ensure minimum wastages of raw material (i.e less than defined targets)
• Follow the instructions of Qualified Operator, Line Foreman and seniors.
• Implementation of all relevant Safety instructions.
• Perform quick changeovers (Flavour/Package) on a Machine as per requirement.
• Cleaning of machine and surrounding area
• To learn and operate other machines
