QA Operator

Mission Statement

Administer the overall quality operation of lines keeping alignment with KORE standards and QMS, FSSC & legal requirments.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform In house analysis of all product, package and manufacturing testing parameters, ensuring that all products are in accordance with The Coca-Cola Company Standards
• Ensure that the good manufacturing practices are being implemented which includes following procedures: house keeping, sanitation practices, structure of building and surrounding area, good warehousing practices.
• Ensure internal calibration of gauges and thermometer and external calibration of computerized equipments if any at the required frequency
• Ensure effective monitoring of parameters given by company
• Maintaining, implementing and following of the TCCC, ISO & Legal requirements
• Documentation and record keeping
• Quality results recording in SAP
• Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
• Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system.
• Control of Non-Conforming product
• Ensure that the equipment is kept in due sanitary and technical condition.
• Checking the solutions for cleaning and sanitation.
• Release of the final syrup for production lines
• Hands on practice of Microbial media preparation and Innoculation
• Perform rootcause analysis and implement corrective actions

Candidate Education

Major for Education: BSc Food Science, Applied Microbiology, Chemical etc
