Job Identification

We are looking for Operator to join our Supply Chain team in Bangladesh

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of assigned machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Execute proper machine startup and shutdown processes before and after cleaning procedures as per SOP.
• Perform regular Cleaning, Lubrication, Tightening, and Inspection (CLTI) activities to ensure machine reliability and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, maintenance records, and documentation as per requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols including PPE usage, machine guarding, and reporting of unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and take corrective actions to restore operations promptly.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or abnormalities to the shift responsible or relevant authority.
• Adhere to company standards including KORE Quality, Food Safety, Energy Management and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Foreman, Engineer, or Supervisor as needed.
• Maintaining proper GMP and housekeeping for the assigned area.
• Technically sound to independently handle and troubleshoot assigned working area.
• Understanding of chemical handling and usage.
• Along with the mentioned tasks individuals may have to perform additional responsibilities time to time assigned by the Management.
