To carry out quality control practices in line with the quality plans and related frequency within the framework of legal, CCI and TCCC requirements, and to
make necessary analyzes by complying with GMP practices.
Performing incoming material controls in line with procedures and keep records, and performing line start-up and follow-up quality control analyzes in time according to the procedure.
To supply concentrate from the material warehouse according to the type and number of boxes to be produced in the daily production plan, to prepare
syrup using manual and automatic machine under hygienic conditions by calculating water and sugar in accordance with the formulations in MMI. To
follow the expiration dates and report to the supervisor
Conducting and recording quality control tests for the syrup and filling the relevant quality control forms and reporting the nonconformance results to the supervisor.
Conduct incoming analysis of the sugar coming by tankers during the day and unload it into the stock tank.
Perform mechanical maintenance operations of the machines in the syrup room in line with plans /malfunctions and to report to the supervisor.

To perform acceptance of auxiliary materials required for water treatment, to ensure transfer to stock tanks
