Operate & maintain PET Block, Blowing Machine, Complete Operation and ensure adherence of laid down procedure for operation

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities...

• Perform the smooth and efficient Blowing Operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.
• Maintain Daily checklist, on-line inspection and log book related to Blowing machine.
• If there is block filler, blowing operator will operate filler and blowers, will follow the Filler operator JDs as well.
• Timely response / handling in case of any abnormality.
• Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Blowing Machine/accessories.
• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material to Blowing operation.
• Ensure minimum wastages of raw material ( i.e. less than defined targets)
• Follow the instructions of Qualified Operator, Line Foreman and seniors.
• Perform quick changeovers (Flavor/Package) on a Machine as per requirement.
• Machine cleaning/lubrication and maintenance to keep machine in good working condition
• Give timely information about Spare Parts requirement.
• Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
• Assignments by seniors.
• Cleaning of machine and surrounding area

Candidate Education

Associate Degree

Major for Education: DAE Electrical, Mechanical etc with relevant working experience

preferenance will be given to B.Tech Hons
