Job Identification

We are hiring an Operator to ensure safety and quality in production, conduct tests, and ensure compliance with standards for raw materials and finished products.

What We Expect

• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Prepare syrup batches by adherence to preparation method in MMI in alignment with the production plan
• Implementation of GMP standards in syrup preparation rooms, water treatment, wastewater treatment plant .
• Improve water and syrup efficiency appropriately to achieve optimal results
• Operate and monitor water treatment units, wells, and water supply and wastewater treatment units .
• Perform all chemical, physical, and microbiological tests for syrup, treated water, and final products
• Monitor water inventory and report balances and consumption periodically
• Monitor performance indicators related to food safety, environment, and quality, and submit related reports on time.
• Supervise sugar workers and monitor their performance
• Ensure cleanliness of all sugar tanks, syrup tanks, filters, water treatment components, and sterilization tanks.
• Ensure documentation of test results and review compliance with specifications.
• Verify calibration of measuring devices in the laboratory, water treatment, and syrup rooms, and maintain records.
• Ensure collection of retention samples for products according to specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in chemistry/food science or any related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Beverage/food industries
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Openness to change & diversity.
• Good Command of English.
• Quality orientation & result oriented.
