Syrup Room Operator - Hattar / Haripur

Mission Statement

Manufacturing of simple syrup, mixing and supply of final syrup to production lines

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of simple syrup, mixing and tagging as per requirement of organization.
• Ensure Material reconciliation with store i.e. Sugar & Concentrate Parts
• Control the sugar consumption & its wastages.
• Control the concentrate consumption & its wastages in syrup room.
• Ensure that the equipment is kept in due sanitary and technical condition.
• Preparing of the solution for cleaning and sanitation.
• Release of the final syrup for production lines
• The cleaning and GMP maintenance of relevant areas
• Keep personal hygiene and work outlook established at the enterprise.
• Record keeping and documentation.
• To conduct CIP of syrup equipments.
• Quality results (related to syrup batches) recording in SAP-QM
• Compliance to advised consumables charging to system
• Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
• Assignments by seniors.
• Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system.

Candidate Education

DAE (Electrical, Mechnical, Chemical or relevant)

• Knowhow of contaminants, breakages.
• Know how of Electrcial and Mechanical maintenance
• Good in observations
