In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC turning machine, milling machines, grinders, and drills.
Technical document Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges etc.) to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Tooling & Setup: Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments for optimal performance.
Process Monitoring: Monitor machine operations, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance on machines and follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, part counts, and quality checks.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Secondary school or equivalent experience or above, with a major in mechanical manufacturing or CNC machining.
More than 5 years of machining operation experience.
Familiar with machining processes and have a certain understanding of various lathes, cutting tools, and fixtures.
Possess basic knowledge of metal technology and metal material processing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of 5S and TPM.
Ability to read drawings and perform machining according to process requirements.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledge of CNC programming.
