Operator 1 is responsible for performing basic production and manufacturing operations in accordance with established work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role supports daily production output while ensuring product quality and compliance with company policies.

• Operate assigned production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform assembly/test processes based on work instruction and process specifications.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Conduct basic inspection and visual checks on parts and finished goods.
• Follow production schedule and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S compliance).
• Adhere strictly to all safety rules, EHS requirements, and company policies.
• Record production data accurately (manual or system entry).
• Support line leaders/supervisors in achieving operational targets.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
