Hinter unseren Restaurants, Bars und Catering-Outlets steht eine leistungsfähige Einkaufsabteilung. Wir verantworten den gesamten operativen Einkauf von der Bestellung über Preis‑ und Qualitätskontrolle bis zur Abstimmung mit Küche, Lager und Controlling.
Damit unsere operativen Teams sich voll auf unsere Gäste konzentrieren können suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im operativen Einkauf mit Schwerpunkt Lebensmitteleinkauf und gastronomischen Non Food Bereich (z.B. Geschirr, Reinigungs- und Verbrauchsmaterial).
Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in einer zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Outlets, externen Lieferanten und kaufmännischem Bereich.
Du bist Teil unseres kaufmännischen Teams und arbeitest eng mit unseren Restaurantleitungen (Service sowie Küche) sowie externen Lieferanten zusammen. Dabei erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in den gesamten Einkaufsprozess unserer Hospitality-Betriebe am Erste Campus.
