Für unseren Kunden aus der Energiebranche in Bern, suchen wir eine:n motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n operative:n Einkäufer:in CAPEX.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Procurement Managers bei analytischen und koordinativen Aufgaben im Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei CAPEX-Projekten und Unterstützung bei investitionsbezogenen Beschaffungsvorhaben
  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Ausschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Vorbereitung von Vertragsdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Claims sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung mit Lieferanten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten sowie beschaffungsrelevanten Informationen in den Procurement-Systemen
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne Stakeholder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Lieferanten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Einkauf oder Procurement

  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von CAPEX-Projekten bzw. in der Beschaffung von Investitionsgütern von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Beschaffungsrecht; Erfahrung im öffentlichen Beschaffungsrecht ist von Vorteil

  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit SAP und Ariba

  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Investitions- und Beschaffungsthemen

  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer proaktiven und kommunikativen Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
