Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of marketing activities to support key distributors

• Assist in developing, planning, and executing trade and consumer related marketing activities across SEA region with key distributors.
• Assist in collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as regional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing campaign with overall business objective.
• Manage creation and production of marketing materials, including Point of Sales (POS) Display, promotional materials, and merchandise with appointed agency/ vendors.
• Event management for both local and regional such as sales conferences, training event, track days, prestige Car clubs activities.

2. Coordination of PR, communication, and digital activities

• Manage Companys SEA Social media calendar (include copywriting, scheduling, posting)
• Manage all product related updates of the Companys website across SEA region.
• Work closely with key distributors to develop, launch promotion campaigns on Companys online flagship store (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore).
• Assist in coordination of any PR activities.

3. Others

• Support to provide marketing assets to key distributors.
• Undertake daily marketing administration tasks- such as marketing report, expenses tracking, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Business Management/ Mass Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing related role (Preferable in automotive industry)
• Experienced in B2B, B2C Marketing, Event Management
• Strong analytical skills and a proficient level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business
• High degree of commitment and autonomy. Multicultural and creative mind approach
• Willing to travel is a plus
