Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established investment firm seeking an experienced Office / Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day office functionality and support broader operational needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys keeping teams running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace environment
  • Manage vendors, office services, facilities, and related budgets
  • Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, seating, and maintenance
  • Support leadership with operational initiatives and process improvements
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and cross-functional administrative support
  • Help plan internal meetings, events, and team initiatives
  • Maintain and improve office procedures and operational workflows

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of office management or operations experience within finance, investment management, private equity, hedge fund, or similar financial services environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard workplace tools
