- Lead the finance and operations team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior management and the board.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders; Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and refine operational workflows and processes to meet business needs.
- Monitor and manage operational risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management and operations, preferably in the asset management or financial
services sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, regulations, Nigerian tax laws, and operational frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and operational systems.
- Being a Sponsored Individual is an advantage
