Yard Inspector

Premier Metal is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of a Yard Inspector. This position will be located at 909 Linden Ave, Rochester, NY 14445

What we Expect:
• Greet customers and direct traffic through the yard
• Inspect incoming loads from industrial and retail customers.
• Process all materials using industry standard equipment with all required PPE
• Use Skidsteer and forklift as needed with proper certifications
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors
• Continual communication with other team members both verbal and 2-way radio
What you have:
• Must exhibit core Values of Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Team, and Pride.
• 1 year in similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The successful incumbent will be required to undergo a background check
