Under direct supervision receives, stores, selects and loads products within warehouse by performing the following duties as directed by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Order Picker to join our bakery ingredients distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Experience operating a Crown forklift is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a Crown forklift to move, load, unload, and stage products.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy before shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow all company food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation and product replenishment as required.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and transportation teams to meet service expectations.
Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse and order-picking experience.
• Experience operating a Crown forklift (certification preferred).
• Ability to accurately read picking slips and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and standing throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with baking ingredients, food distribution, or food manufacturing products.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Forklift certification and experience with electric warehouse equipment.
