Reporting directly to the Sr Manager, Training & Development, the Operations Training Specialist partners closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and operational teams to design, develop, document, and deliver high‑quality technical training and learning solutions that enhance business operations.
This position will provide value-added advice, facilitation, and coordination, focusing on principles of continuous improvement and sharing of best practices to disseminate, train, and coach on solutions that business leaders will utilize and adopt in their regional project management practices.

The expected salary range for this role is between $75,000 - $90,000 per year The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
