Operations Training and Stan/Eval Support

**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking qualified Operations Training and Stan/Eval Support CMEs to support flying unit training and standardization/evaluation (Stan/Eval) operations at Dyess Air Force Base This role supports mission readiness through training program management, data accuracy, and compliance with DoD and Air Force requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide operations training and Stan/Eval program support at the Squadron, Group, and/or Wing level.
• Maintain, manage, and update training and Stan/Eval records using PEX or similar proprietary systems.
• Track aircrew qualifications, certifications, currencies, and training requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint to manage training databases, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with squadron leadership, instructors, and Stan/Eval personnel to support mission execution.
• Ensure training and Stan/Eval documentation is accurate, current, and inspection-ready.
• Support audits, inspections, evaluations, and readiness reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active SECRET (S) Security Clearance OR previously held a SECRET clearance that has expired (not revoked).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary training or operations management program.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron, Group, and/or Wing training or Stan/Eval program.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a DoD flying Squadron, Group, and/or Wing–equivalent training or Stan/Eval program.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
