Job Description

NATECH is recruiting for an Operations Training Analyst to join our team supporting ARMY, FORSCOM at Ft Liberty, NC. The ideal candidate will be familiar with current service doctrine, have joint experience and possess a demonstrated ability to present information in writing or orally. Should be comfortable with computer usage and proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel along with demonstrable database proficiency and the ability to quickly learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform as Joint Training Tool (JTT) User Group Lead for FORSCOM Training & Collective Exercises Branch
  • Perform as primary submitter of Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) requests for support from JNTC Accredited Army Programs into JTT and the Joint Training Coordination Program (JTCP) Tool
  • Perform and provide recommendations in the conduct of training analysis;
  • Provide recommendations in the development of Joint Tactical Task Development;
  • Prepare Joint Training Tool (JTT) reports to support training assessment and Joint Assessment Evaluation Capabilities (JAEC) objectives;
  • Develop, review, and recommend approval of training resource documents;
  • Provide recommendations to the Training Directorate in development of the Training Modernization and exercise requirements to include providing supporting information as required for the inclusion of these requirements into the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) by the FORSCOM G-3/5/7 Program Office and the Exercise Branch;
  • Recommendations in the development and review of the Joint Training Coordination Program (JTCP) requirements;
  • Provide recommendations to develop, review and approve all Army related Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) requirement requests:
  • Develop input to the Combat Training Center (CTC) Master Plan for programming modifications necessary to support JNTC events conducted at the CTCs and Mission Command Training Program (MCTP).

Requirements

Required Education and experience:

  • Must possess an active Secret clearance
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience
  • Military Experience with demonstrable database or system experience i.e. exercise, training, personnel, weapons, maintenance, etc...)
  • Current U.S. issued passport and the willingness to support CONUS and OCONUS travel (passport application or renewal must be submitted by date of hire)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Mid-grade NCO or Officer with joint assignment and or exercise planning experience
  • Previous assignment or experience with JNTC/JTCP
