Take part in the transformation of tools and practices of a maritime leader

Would you like to play a key role at the interface between technical expertise and production tools?

Join the Equipment & Materials Certification (EMC) department and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and practices supporting an international network of experts.

Join a dynamic team: Within the EMC department, you will evolve in an international and collaborative environment, working closely with operational teams, technical experts, and stakeholders across the BVN network.

Your main responsibilities

As a tools referent and operational support, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of production tools used across the network.

In cooperation with the Head of Section dedicated to Europe/UK operations and BVN network support, as well as with the EMC Director, you will:

  • Contribute to the monitoring and support of the BVN operations network
  • Participate in the definition of requirements and in drafting specifications for production tools
  • Take part in development, upgrade, testing, and validation phases of production tools
  • Contribute to the preparation of training materials and their worldwide deployment
  • Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of production tools
  • Provide functional support to users and contribute to solving operational issues

Your strengths to succeed:

  • Education and experience: You ideally have initial experience in a technical environment (equipment, certification, industrial or maritime), with an interest in tools and systems
  • Technical skills: You are comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, databases) and understand the challenges related to production tools and their evolution
  • Personal skills: You demonstrate strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical thinking. With a practical mindset, you adopt a problem-solving approach. You enjoy teamwork while being able to work autonomously
  • Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment
