Job Description

Your Role:

The primary responsibility of the Stainless Steel Operations Technician is to build, test and document the manufacturing of various sizes of containers for delivery of ultra-pure materials used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Most tasks are performed in a cleanroom environment necessitating strict adherence to protocol to maintain cleanliness. The Stainless Steel Operations Technician will operate various pieces of equipment to ensure the quality and integrity of the containers built. document their daily activity and provide input to prototype container builds when needed. must possess strong mechanical aptitude. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Proficient with written and verbal instructions
  • Interpret technical assembly drawings
  • Perform disassembly and assembly utilizing hand and electronic tools
  • Perform test on container components
  • Operate various types of semi-automated washing and drying equipment
  • Clear and concise record keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Collaborated in a team environment and other departments

Physical Attribute:

  • Wear a PPE as well as full-face air-purifying respirator
  • Lift up to 50 pounds

This is Night Shift position 9pm -5:30am Sunday- Thursday

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diplomas or GED
  • 2+ years fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of helium leak detecting
  • Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge in using a torque wrenches
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies

$26.00 -$41.00 an hour
