Job Description

& SCOPE
Responsible for delivering reliable, accurate, and responsive support across a wide range of operational activities. This role includes device software staging, troubleshooting, repair, and general warehousing duties. The Operations Technician works collaboratively with the team to complete daily tasks and ensure a strong “customer first” philosophy—supporting both internal and external customers with a high level of service, efficiency, and professionalism.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Stage a variety of customer-owned devices with required software according to defined staging instruction documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on outgoing devices using the Repair Tracking System (RTS).
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully before dispatch.
• Identify and communicate device staging challenges to the operations administration team to support timely resolution.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout all staging activities.
• Assist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail when checking incoming goods, scanning items, and inputting data, ensuring all required actions are completed correctly.
• Support general warehousing responsibilities, including inventory handling and organization
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in an operational, technical, warehouse, or device-handling environment is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with software staging, hardware configuration, or repair processes is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate information courteously, promptly, and professionally.
• Technical aptitude, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn new software, hardware, and configuration techniques.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support both internal and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Primary language used in daily operations is English. Additional primary company languages include Spanish, French, and Dutch.
• Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external.
• Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.

SUPERVISION
• No employee supervision is required.

• Follow written procedures and processes, also have the ability to use initiative to quickly answer questions and solve problems.
