Under minimal supervision, inspects, maintains, repairs and produces equipment according to established standards, on which training has been provided while acquiring increased knowledge of the equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides quality service and/or production by:

  • performing preventive maintenance and repairs, according to the companies’ quality levels, following dedicated procedures and using the specific checklists as appropriate and in a timely manner
  • Registering and transferring run data files of all handled procedures on each machine
  • Completing administration, documentation, and action report per organization policy and procedures
  • Working and collaborating effectively with internal colleagues, customer care representatives and customers.
  • Communicating technical findings to appropriate in-house personnel (e.g. Product Specialist, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field Implementation,…)
  • Providing user and technical suppport to customers and service organisations on an occasional basis.
  • May need to perform duties outside of the job description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

A2 Electro-mechanics or electronics or at least similar through experience (technical background)

Experience

Experience in a technical environment is a plus (e.g. troubleshooting, diagnosing problems).
