Job Description

The Operations Technician will support our underwriting operations by managing key administrative, data focused, and process driven tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to business, financial, and legal operations within a dynamic international environment. No prior experience is required—we will provide full training.

What will your job entail?

Key Responsibilities

Document Management

  • Preparing, reviewing, and organizing NDAs
  • Managing and updating information in our internal client and pipeline management system (customer relationship management platform – Salesforce)
  • Preparing internal documentation and maintaining version control

Operational Support

  • Filing, archiving, and supporting internal workflows
  • Coordinating the processing and organization of policy documentation

Data & Reporting

  • Working with internal data analytics and visualization tools ( Qlik Sense) to extract and structure operational data
  • Assisting in preparing dashboards, reports, and internal data insights

Finance‑Related Tasks

  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Supporting financial workflow accuracy and compliance processes

General Office & Administrative Support

  • Coordinating with colleagues across European offices
  • Assisting with ad hoc operational and administrative requests

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
  • Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Motivated to learn, with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities
