Operations Technical

Función Principal

Realizar instalaciones y averías de hfc garantizando el correcto funcionamiento del servicio así como cumplimientos con kpi de tiempos de atención y cumplimiento de agenda.

Requisitos

• Graduado de Bachiller Industrial o Perito en Electrónica.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos.
• Residir en Chimaltenango o municipios cercanos.
• Experiencia o conocimiento en cableado coaxial.
• Licencia de conducir tipo C o B (indispensable).

Conocimientos Específicos

• Cable coaxial, cableado UTP y cableado estructurado.
• Procedimientos de instalación de servicios de telecomunicaciones.
• Normas de seguridad y protocolos en trabajos en altura o campo.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Manejo y configuración de redes HFC.
• Instalaciones eléctricas básicas y preventivas.

Competencias y habilidades

• Resolución de problemas.
• Enfoque en servicio al cliente.
• Proactividad y disposición para aprender.
• Atención al detalle y calidad en el trabajo.
• Comunicación efectiva.
