PAY RATE:
$16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience.
If you are the kind of person who finds satisfaction in getting every edge, curve, and surface just right — this is your kind of job. As a Deburr Tech at Orchid, you’ll work with your hands and microscopes to perfect orthopedic parts used in life-changing medical devices.
What You’ll Do
Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
