Job Description

The job profile/description would be as follows:

  1. Manage end to end client onboarding- including Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI); Foreign Direct Investors (FDI); Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI); etc.,.
  2. Complete knowledge about Know your customer (KYC) required to on-board Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI); Foreign Direct Investors (FDI); Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI); etc.,.
  3. Having experience of client service and interactions.
  4. Having knowledge of SEBI & RBI regulations pertaining to Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI); Foreign Direct Investors (FDI); Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI); etc.,.
  5. Have worked on Registrations, Renewal, re- KYC for Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI); Foreign Direct Investors (FDI); Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI); etc.,.
  6. Monitor regulatory changes access impacts and lead implementation process.
  7. Drive teamwork and implement process efficiencies through innovation and lean principles.
  8. Organize and lead resources to deliver high quality results under pressure.
  9. Monitor all regulatory changes, asses their impact on Clients and the business, and lead the implementation process.
  10. Perform detailed risk and control assessments, identifying patterns and trends.

Job Requirements, Skills/Knowledge Prerequisites Would be as follows:

  1. Commerce Graduate from any University./MBA.
  2. At least 4 to 5 years of work experience in designated depository participant (DDP) related role.
  3. Strong knowledge of Indian Capital market and banking regulations especially Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) regulation & Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI) regulation.
  4. Sound knowledge of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and SEBI - Know your customer (KYC)/ Anti Money Laundering (AML) policies.
  5. Operational subject matter expertise in custody account opening, maintenance & closures.
  6. Experience in regulatory and corporate compliance activities.
  7. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  8. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Proven team management and leadership abilities.
  10. Ability to work Independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
