
Position Title - Operations Lead
Compensation- $27.00 per hour
The Operations Lead role is responsible for employee onboarding, safety trainings, facility upkeeping. This role will focus on administrative tasks, organization & communication across multiple departments. This lead position will follow established procedures to ensure the completion of trainings & documentation as required by management. Responsible for driving safety awareness & policy changes as instructed by upper management. Maintain flexibility to assist in other warehouse roles based on business needs. Follow Standard Operating Procedures & KPI’s that maximize load management efficiency
Utilizes available tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft programs, LMS software, Onboarding packets & emails for successful documentation, communication.

Support and implement the company’s initiatives to promote positive morale and team building
Work with HR & leaders to ensure all employees are up to date on their LMS trainings
Complete onboarding for all new employees utilizing our onboarding packets with support of Recruiting Team
Complete basic warehouse trainings & provide necessary tools for success
Have a high impact on first impressions to demonstrate our company’s driven culture to succeed
Complete daily/monthly facility safety checks & document accordingly
Drive Safety efforts through weekly trainings as directed by our safety team and Manager
Assist with supply ordering, organization & storage
Provides support to other departments in the operation when the workload requires it
Requirements, Skills & Abilities include but not limited to:
Follows work-safe practices.
Operates various pieces of equipment (pallet jack, handheld scanner, desktop computer, scale,etc)
Demonstrate a commitment to our company's core values.
Interact with management and work groups with information exchanges related to immediate tasks.
Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Attention to detail
Proficient ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, English and Spanish
Proficient math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication)
Proficient computer skills (keyboard; emails, opening, closing, and saving documents)
Must be able to bend and lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for the entire shift.
Must be able and willing to frequently bend, squat, twist, push/pull to retrieve inventory and packing items throughout the shift
Must be able to work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Exhibited good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity, etc.
Must be flexible with scheduling, work overtime as business dictates.
