What you will do in this role

As a Team Leader, Operations, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of customer service associates to achieve individual and team performance objectives.

• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance in line with company policies and operational requirements.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and one-on-one meetings to drive continuous improvement.

• Identify performance gaps, develop action plans and manage performance through appropriate coaching and corrective action where required.

• Ensure contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service levels and operational targets are consistently achieved.

• Communicate business updates, expectations and performance objectives clearly and effectively.

• Provide support with customer escalations and complex queries where required.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and engagement activities that encourage collaboration and open communication.

• Partner with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, HR and Operations leadership to improve team performance and customer outcomes.

• Stay up to date with operational processes, policies and client requirements.

• Promote Concentrix values by creating a positive, inclusive and high-performance team culture.

• Recognise and celebrate individual and team achievements while driving employee engagement.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• A minimum of 8 months to 1 year of Team Leader experience, preferably within a contact centre or BPO environment.

• Previous experience within the insurance industry would be advantageous.

• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop employees to achieve performance expectations.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• The ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• The ability to prioritise workloads and consistently meet deadlines.

• Confidence in managing employee performance and driving accountability.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules in line with business requirements.
