Operations Team
Leader
to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our esports
team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities,
excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of team dynamics

1.
Lead and coordinate daily activities, training
sessions, and scrims to ensure peak
team
performance.

2.
Motivate and inspire players to maintain focus,
discipline, and consistency in both training and competition.

3.
Act as the primary link between team members and
management, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.

4.
Support in organizing and executing esports
events, tournaments, and bootcamps. Apply knowledge of tournament formats and
bracket systems to ensure smooth execution.

5.
Promote a positive, respectful, and professional
environment on and off the game.

6.
Monitor individual and team performance, provide
constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.

7.
Collaborate on content creation and manage
social media initiatives to enhance the team’s visibility and brand.

Requirements

Required Knowledge & Expertise

1. 
   Solid
   understanding of tournament structures (e.g., single/double elimination,
   round-robin) and how to effectively manage each format.
2. 
   Hands-on
   experience with bracketing and tournament management software.
3. 
   Technical
   knowledge of gaming setups and hardware, with the ability to optimize
   performance and troubleshoot common issues.
4. 
   Rapid
   problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure environments such
   as live events or competitive matches.
5. 
   Experience
   in performance monitoring, player scheduling, and developmental coaching.
