Job Description

s:

  • Ensure execution of dailyoperations within the department
  • Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees
  • Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
  • Enforce import/export policy and procedure compliance
  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
  • Respond to & solve problems as needed
  • Maintain vendor relationships

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Problem solving- identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Client Service- manages difficult client situations, responds promptly to client needs and welcome client feedback
  • Quality management-look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistic, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in operations or team management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
