Position Title: Operations Team Lead

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Services Team Leader to oversee daily operations, support advisers and paraplanners, and lead a high-performing administration team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow execution, maintaining compliance standards, supporting client service activities, and driving team performance and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise, mentor, and support team members to maximize performance and productivity

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure operational goals are achieved

• Act as the main liaison between team members and management

• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support staff development

• Assist advisers and paraplanners with client meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups

• Process client applications, account paperwork, and maintain accurate client records

• Liaise with providers and assist with investment orders, reports, and compliance documentation

• Support financial research, report preparation, cashflow projections, and annual reviews

• Maintain CRM systems, databases, and operational reports

• Participate in compliance reviews, operational projects, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in financial services, team leadership, or adviser support roles

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of financial administration, compliance, and client servicing processes

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial software

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

• Experience supporting advisers, paraplanners, or wealth management teams

• Familiarity with compliance systems and financial documentation

• Ability to support operational projects and process improvements
