We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion. Who We’re Looking For:As a key member of the Operations team, the Operations Team Lead will support both the Logistics and Production teams by overseeing daily operational activities and providing hands-on direction and guidance. This role ensures efficient workflow across warehouse, kitting/assembly, and production areas, maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance. This is a first shift position initially located in Minnetonka, with occasional travel to Plymouth until the transition to Maple Grove by end of 2026. About the Role:
  • Provide direction, support and timely communication to team members and leadership, assigning operational and productions tasks based on daily priorities.
  • Oversee picking, staging, and delivery of materials to production lines or internal customers, maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP, including daily/weekly cycle counts.
  • Communicate production or operational issues promptly to minimize impact on output and provide daily line performance summaries.
  • Support training of new team members based on documented procedures.
  • Complete required production records, metrics, and forms in QMS, SAP, Excel or other applicable systems; maintain and update visual management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality system requirements.
  • Perform standard maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and upkeep of laboratory instruments; ensure work areas, labs, and retain areas remain organized and compliant.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues using effective communication and problem-solving skills; identify and escalate nonconformities or unusual conditions immediately.
 Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, technical or vocational certification preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in warehouse, production or manufacturing environments, with medical device industry and previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to multiple Minnesota locations with reasonable notice
  • Basic computer skills required, experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently, sit or stand for extended periods of time, and work at table heights of 30"-40"
