We’re looking for someone who can make things run smoothly, a systems-minded problem solver who enjoys data, detail, and getting things done. You’ll work closely with the Director who’s deeply process driven and believes the right structure, supported by good data, can fix almost anything.

This role is a mix of daily execution and behind-the-scenes improvement. As the Operations Systems Analyst, you’ll help keep orders, shipments, and inventory moving accurately while learning how to connect the dots between systems, reports, and real-world outcomes.

• Maintain clean operational data in Oracle and Excel trackers.
• Run recurring reports for shipping, orders, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor exceptions, dig into root causes, and help resolve issues.
• Support inbound tracking, order processing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Keep dashboards and trackers current so the team always has reliable data.
• Document processes and update templates as workflows evolve.
• Assist the Director in analyzing trends and identifying small fixes that make a big impact.
• Support the Operations & Logistics team in daily tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business/data analysis.
• Advances Excel skills
• System savviness (ERP/WMS); Oracle experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Curiosity — you notice patterns, ask questions, and like understanding how things work.
• Reliability — you follow through and keep things moving even when it’s repetitive.
• Team orientation — comfortable supporting different people and priorities.

Salary range: $50,000-$75,000 USD
