Job Description

Odfjell Technology is looking for an experienced, locally based Operations Support / Receivables professional in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the local business environment, with relevant experience in Kuwait's oil and gas industry. Experience working with local companies, particularly in operations support and receivables management, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtains customer approval on billing documents to submit to Finance.
• Manage full-cycle credit operations across high-value client portfolios in Kuwait.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
• Oversee overdue accounts, negotiate settlements, and escalate disputes when needed.
• Evaluated customer financial data and credit history to recommend risk-adjusted Credit limit.
• Works closely with the Operation Manager and support team to monitor and update accounts receivables and SOA.
• Ensures that the necessary documentation supporting outgoing rental equipment is prepared in accordance with the specifications outlined in both internal and customer guidelines. Obtains from customers all relevant documentation required for invoicing.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in operations support, credit control and accounts receivable, preferably within the oil and gas industry in Kuwait.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of invoicing, credit management and receivables processes.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Must be locally based in Kuwait.
